I rate the hotel in advance. There are much things to improve but the team is excelent and they 'll surely manage it. What is great: 1. Staff, personnel. They make the play. Helpfull, resposible and friendly. One notice to new guests. Unofficial culture in this place: "always ask". It means, you get everything you want (reasonable) but it's not by default, you should ask anyboby from the staff, and they'll do it. Special thanks to all reataurant team. We miss you all! Personal thanks to reception managers: Carolina for you assistance almost every evening. Karina - thanks for solving our small demands and of cause - Martin for your assistance. If I do not mention somebody, it does not mean that ther's something wrong. All hotel team members we dealed with were amazing friendly, responsive and helpfull. Generally, you feel like all personnel of the hotel works specially for you. It values. 2. Room. The room is spacious comparing to what neibour hotels provide. 3. View . Amazing view. We had "skyline" apartment view. But other option is to have dawn view on other side is also great. 4. Beach. Wide sandy beach and warm and shallow water. Good for children and good for long distance swimming. 5. Breakfast. Everything you can even imagine for the breakfast - from different eggs meals made by the order to the variety of pre-cooked options. Good juices, fruits and coffee. 6. Super comfortable and cosy bed. Silent room for comfortable sleep. 7. Price for value. Suppose it's only for the starting period when they tune the service. You can not get any hotel on the Palm for such a price. It' s simply impossible.

The hotel was clean, the room was large and it was easy to get to the pool/beach area. Staff were friendly. The gym is well equipped with modern fixed and free weights. Only a small collection of cardio machines, but enough as the gym was never more than 4 people busy. Location on the palm meant there wasn't an awful lot to do except walk along the front. Even then there are no shops/cafes. A taxi ride was needed to venture off the palm. The nearest shopping/restaurant complex, called the Pointe, wasn't that great and a lot of units are empty.

The location of the hotel is lovely, right near the top of the Palm, and staff in the actuall Hotel were great. A special mention to Elaine, Poe Poe, and Collins in the 20four restaurant, they were helpful, attentive, and very friendly. The hotel security and door staff were very helpful with arranging taxis, etc. The hotel lobby and grounds were spotlessly clean. The room was lovely and spacious, with a separate lounge area. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay

It was a comfortable serviced apartment in a hotel complex in the Palm during a work event. It suited our purpose and we got some time to relax on the wonderful beach attached to the pool. The apartment suited us fine.
