Wyndham Residences The Palm

We originally booked three nights at this hotel, but since we felt so comfortable from the very beginning, we spontaneously extended our stay for another three days. The hotel is very clean, tastefully furnished, and offers a relaxed atmosphere. We especially want to highlight the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. A big thank you to Dianne at the reception – she showed us several room options on the first day and was always friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Our rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day, and the team regularly checked in to see if we had any further requests. The service was simply excellent. A very special thank you also goes to Rahman and Durga – you always had a quick solution for everything and made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We also really liked the beach options – two beach clubs were available. Unfortunately, one of them wasn’t always accessible to us, which was a bit of a downside. Still, the accessible beach club was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped. If we come back to Dubai, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. Many thanks to the whole team for this unforgettable experience!

It was a comfortable serviced apartment in a hotel complex in the Palm during a work event. It suited our purpose and we got some time to relax on the wonderful beach attached to the pool. The apartment suited us fine.

The staff are all cooperative and friendly(front desk staff, staff whose handling the luggage and parking cars, cleaning staff) and would accommodate to your requirements for the room and preferences as they can 😊

The hotel was clean, the room was large and it was easy to get to the pool/beach area. Staff were friendly. The gym is well equipped with modern fixed and free weights. Only a small collection of cardio machines, but enough as the gym was never more than 4 people busy. Location on the palm meant there wasn't an awful lot to do except walk along the front. Even then there are no shops/cafes. A taxi ride was needed to venture off the palm. The nearest shopping/restaurant complex, called the Pointe, wasn't that great and a lot of units are empty.

The location of the hotel is lovely, right near the top of the Palm, and staff in the actuall Hotel were great. A special mention to Elaine, Poe Poe, and Collins in the 20four restaurant, they were helpful, attentive, and very friendly. The hotel security and door staff were very helpful with arranging taxis, etc. The hotel lobby and grounds were spotlessly clean. The room was lovely and spacious, with a separate lounge area. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay
